Monster Rock Block
The mainstream media has destroyed rock with its constant playing of over rated bands like Green Day, My Chemical Romance, and Yellowcard. I have come to put a wedge in between rock and mainstream. I have scraped together a radio show that I dubbed "The Monster Rock Block" that is dedicated to independent rock music and lesser known bands that have been forgotten or lost due to the media. Bands like:
Piebald,
CKY,
Buckethead,
Modest Mouse,
Chevelle,
Foreign Objects
and The High Speed Scene
will be played and in hope to put an end to this dastardly deed that has befallen rock radio. You can find my station at Zumix Radio 1630 AM 3:00 through 4:00 PM every tuesday.
