This page is in memory of our son, Memphis Jaeggar Raines Schroeder, who was born a sleeping angel on April 8, 2004 at 10:53pm. He weighed in at 3lbs. 1oz. and was perfect in every way, except for the fact that he would never have the chance to see the world. We are in the process of starting a memorial garden for Memphis and will post updates and hopefully pictures as we go. Our other 3 children, Aeustyn, Tristan and Monica are excited about helping with their little brothers garden just as my husband, Stuart, and I are.
I was inspired to start this garden in memory of him the day after he was born. Since then I have been on the internet constantly, trying to find other ways to keep his memory alive. I found it very comforting in reading other stories and websites about "lost angels" and decided to start my own site for Memphis. I hope all enjoy my site and find it comforting if you are the parents of an angel also. Please sign the guest book when you visit this site and let me know what you think of it, as this is all very new to me. When you sign the guestbook, leave a personal message to us, a letter to Memphis, or a personal letter to another "sleeping angel". My guestbook is open to all who would like to send a message to any baby that is now in heaven, no matter what their age or what their cause of death was. All families who have gone through the tragedy of losing a chid is in my thoughts and prayers, today and always.

Well, we have been online for 1 week now and the response has been great!! I am just giving an update to let everyone know that I have added some new pics that my cousin, Heather, has sent to be posted on his website.Thank You Heather for all the great pics you sent to us!!

Well just letting everyone know that I have added some more pics of my family and of Stuart's family too. Check back often as I will be adding more pics as I get them.

I am adding Memorials for other Angels too! They will be listed in the gallery as "Dream Angels". If you have an angel that you would like to add, then e-mail me and include a picture(if you have one), date of birth, date of death(if not a stillborn or miscarriage), birth weight(if not a miscarriage), length of baby(if not a miscarriage), parents names, baby's name, location(if you would like to add that) and a message if you would like to leave one. You can also add the cause of death if you would like to. If you do not have a picture, then I have an angel picture that I can use in place of your child's picture. This is open to everyone who has lost a child, no matter what age your child was or what the cause of death was. You can go to the contact button at the bottom of the page for anyone who like to add a Memorial for their Angel.

As some of you already know, there is an online petition to sign for the Missing Angels Bill. I am now working on Ohio's Missing Angels Bill and I have already sent letters to State Representative Williamowski and State Senator Jordan. i am waiting anxiously to hear back from them on this matter. If any of you would like to help or have any information that might be useful, please contact me and let me know. I am going to add the petition's website address, so that anyone who hasn't yet signed it may do so if they would like.

Well I have added pictures to the gallery for A Garden for Memphis. We broke ground on May 22, 2004. We have a temporary garden right now because the garden will take a while to build.
