TO PLACE AN ORDER: Send us an email with the style, size and quantity desired. We accept personal checks and money orders. Orders paid for by personal checks will be held for 10 days until check clears. Shipping charges are $5.00 per order (maximum 10 items) for USPS. Expedited delivery available, but additional charges will apply. Once we receive your order information, we will send you an email confirmation that includes your total and payment instructions.
