Millennium Medical Devices is looking forward to becoming a leader in the medical device industry. We have designed unique products, combining time tested methods and innovative technology, and have packaged them in a systemic approach to provide the user with natural relief. A trend that is receiving more and more attention from consumers and the medical community. With the help of a Management consulting company from Puerto Rico we are evolving into a lean and focused company. From our humble one product patented anti-snoring device, we are being led to products that have medical documentation and endorsements that will satisfy the most skeptical of consumers. Many of the vital functions of our company have been turned over to experts in their fields and will provide enormous benefits to not only the company but the investors. Although we have yet to bring our products to market the company is poised to make a splash that will be of epic proportions.
Where most companies in our industry rely heavily on the "old boy" medical supply houses to promote and distribute their products. We have designed, developed and chosen our products with mass appeal and will take our products directly to the consumer and then to the mass retailers and our own website. Thus increasing the control of the distribution, pricing and profits. By using our unique systemic approach, instead of a product approach, we are able to broaden our appeal and improve customer satisfaction and thusly strengthen our position within our marketing niche.
Our first product offering will be our anti-snoring system that will prove to be one of our best sellers. It is ready to be brought to the public with its 5 product combination that will deliver to the company customers who will purchase products at an average rate of 3.5 times per year. Our second offering will be a uniquely comfortable and well documented rejuvenator. It will provide new levels of comfort for the user that will totally revitalize their lives. Developed by an MD with over 40 years of private practice and sleep research and with the endorsement of Medicare and other third party reimbursing entities. Our third offering is almost completing development and comes from the Chiropractic area. A machine that will relieve head aches, neck and shoulder pain and improve the overall spinal health of the user. The product is being developed with the assistance of a DC that has 10 year of family practice in pain relief. Second and third generation products are already on the drawing board as well as products broadening our niche. We feel that we have significant products in the mill to offer two to three innovative products, to the consumer, per year for a number of years.
We are seeking $45,000,000.00 in Equity Venture Capital. Projected sales and earnings for the first five years show profits within the second year, total sales of over $10,000,000.00 and profits the company going into the black. Our business model shows sustainable margins over 15% and EBIT well over 10% by maintaining a lean infrastructure and minimizing fixed expenses. Using conservative projections the investors will see an ROI of over 2:1 on profits alone in our initial five years. With fifth year profits over 15,000,000.00 our IPO (using only a 15% valuation factor) should value the company over $50 million giving an additional ROI of 3:1 to the investors who wish to cash out at that point. Growth of the company should continue to be maintained at a 10% level due to the nature of our products and the products in the pipeline. For those investors who wish to hold their positions an even greater ROI will be achieved.
The management of the company is currently the Founder and patent holder, Robert Hershgordon, the innovator and current funder. Consulting and providing services on an as needed basis are An MD patent holder with over 40 years of experience in private practice and sleep research. A DC with over 15 years of private practice in pain relief. A Management Consulting company from Puerto Rico with over one hundred and fifty years of combined experience and offering managerial and infrastructure development assistance for growing companies. Public relations and advertising provided by Concept Media. Sales and marketing by National Sales and Marketing Inc., with over 100 representatives. By contracting out most of the functions of the company we can devote the bulk our resources to profit making and thus keep fixed expenses to a minimum.
The company is currently a sole proprietorship and will temporarily convert to a limited partnership or an LLC to minimize taxes. As the time for our IPO draws near we will convert to a corporate entity to maximize our position.
