The Telebay Opportunity is MLM... but our philosophy of MLM may be different than you might think:
1) We don't charge anyone a dime for the opportunity to sell our services. We believe in earning money by providing a service, not by selling a dream. The dreams of financial independence are up to you. We are in the business of selling communications services. We do, however, offer a serious opportunity which can be very lucrative for those willing to work hard.
2) A free opportunity means you are much more likely to recruit agents. Traditionally, MLM companies have said that up-front payment helps to weed out those individuals who are not serious about the opportunity. Our belief is that when MLM companies charge $300 - $700 to become an agent, an individual has the right (even the duty) to be cautious and skeptical. When you work with us, there is no need to ask your friends to fork over big bucks for a dream. Give them an opportunity to make money... not waste money!
3) We don't believe in complicated compensation plans... and neither does anyone else! The easier a plan is to understand, the easier it is to follow and explain to others. With our plan, you can refer as many agents as you want on your first level. It's unlimited width! You get paid to 4 levels beneath you, as well as for your personal sales. If you make just one sale, you get paid. When you've made 10 sales, you can then earn money off the sales of everyone in your downline.
4) We use MLM to help each of our Agents build an effective Sales Force. For us, it is all about sales. When MLM becomes a philosophy about life (instead of a philosophy about sales), agents don't concern themselves with sales, but primarily with using the products themselves and recruiting everyone they come in contact with to do the same thing! This leads to selling within the organization, rather than what we want to do... sell to those outside of our organizations! Sure, we use our services, but we recognize these two facts: a) Not everyone is into selling (in other words, don't recruit grandma unless she's enthusiastic about selling our service!); b) an organization that only sells to itself will only benefit those at the very top!
5) In case we haven't made ourselves perfectly clear, we do not sell opportunities. We sell valuable services! The services we offer, particularly Z-LineHOME™ and Z-LineBUSINESS™, were chosen because they are the best available... in terms of technology, as well as price. Legitimate MLM opportunities provide enough compensation so that an agent can make a substantial amount of money without having to recruit others. With Telebay, you do not have to recruit to be successful. You just have to sell!
How Am I Compensated?
When you sign-up a Z-Line customer, you will be paid $20 up-front (bounty) and will receive 5% of that customer's phone bill for as long as they remain a customer (excluding taxes and regulatory fees).
You will receive $3.50 for every customer your first level agents sign-up for service. This can add up to a significant amount of money, but there is no residual income generated from each of their customers. To earn residual income, you (and your agents) are given incentive to build your organization to levels 3 and 4. At the base of your organization (the bottom) is where you should have the most agents and the most customers... and the most income opportunity. At level 4, for instance, following the hypothetical example of 10 x 10, you can be earning a residual income of $25,000 per month or more. Sound too good to be true? What if you only do a tenth of that? $2,500 a month is pretty good too!
Why did we put so much money into every agent's personal level?
Again, sales are the most important ingredient to everyone's success. Without sales, there are no commissions to be paid to anyone! We believe that $20 and 5% is enough money so that every agent will have the incentive to sell! That being said, we also believe that levels 3 and 4 provide more than enough incentive for those wanting to build a large organization.
Remember, the above chart is only hypothetical. You may sign-up 10 customers and only recruit 1 agent. Depending on his efforts, and of those he refers, you may still end up with the same results as level 4 (as represented on the chart)... or even better! Or you may really excel at recruiting, and sign-on 100 agents. Can you imagine what your level 4 could look like then?! In other words, you can potentially attain great results as long as you have 10 customers and 1 personally sponsored agent! That's the only minimum requirement. You don't have to have 6 personally sponsored agents, like in many MLM plans, before you earn money off your downline. We did mention that our plan is easy, didn't we?

Another way you can make more money is by having your existing customers refer their friends and family. When your customer does this and their referral becomes an active customer, your customer will get $20 off their next phone bill! The referred customer also becomes your customer! We will pay you $20 and 5% residual for every activated referral your existing customers send us!
