Creative Real Estate

Hi, my name is Judy Buhl. Thank you for stopping by my web site.

This site is a little different than most, since I don’t have a product to sell, just one I believe in. However, I would like to tell you about how I got into Creative Real Estate and the person who helped me.

I received a newsletter from a friend, and half way down the page was an ad that said, “Make Money in Real Estate with No Money”. Hmmm! It peaked my interest, so I clicked on the link. The program sounded so good I ordered the course, read the whole thing and said to myself, ‘I can do this’. But I had many questions. I emailed the person I ordered the course from with all my questions and it took him over a week to respond, but my questions still weren’t answered.

So, I did a search on the Internet for Lease Purchasing. The first page that came up was Claude Diamond’s Creative Real Estate web site. I didn’t need to search any further, every question I had was answered on this site. Claude offers a free Ebook on Lease Purchasing which I printed out and read. It was so interesting and informative that I felt I needed more. So, I ended up ordering all of Claude Diamond’s course on Creative Real Estate. Click here: http://www.diamondleasepurchase.com/ or go to the bottom of the page and click the link.

I was determined to study the manuals and listen to the tapes until I knew it inside out. I spent all my spare time studying. I got more excited with every tape and every word. My problem was that I lacked confidence to go out and do a deal.

There was only one thing left to do, hire Claude Diamond to mentor me one-on-one. No other Real Estate guru offers that service. I have to tell you, I learned more by being mentored than just by reading books. He gave me confidence to believe in myself, and not be afraid.

Claude Diamond’s course in Creative Real Estate is the most thoroughly explained and simplest program to follow. Believe me, I know, in the past 6 years I’ve ordered, read the books, and listened to all the tapes the other gurus put out. I ended up shelving them all, except for Claude Diamond’s Creative Real Estate Course. Click here: http://www.diamondleasepurchase.com/

MY 6 YEAR QUEST FOR FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE

Six years ago I decided that working for someone else was never going to help me be financially independent. Real Estate was always my dream but I didn’t want to work on commissions for someone else. I was looking for an easy way to sell houses. I started off ordering courses off the television, by Ron LeGrande. I read his literature and listened to his tapes; then shelved it thinking it was too difficult for me to do, plus I would have to buy ugly houses in neighborhoods that I wouldn’t live in, and fix them up. I then ordered A. D. Kessler’s course, A Fortune at Your Feet. It talks about buying properties with little or no cash, which, after reading his book, sounded so complicated, I shelved it also. Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with these courses, a lot of people are doing it, but it just wasn’t for me. Plus they wanted me to attend a $2,000 seminar.

There were other courses I bought looking for the perfect business, but all I did was spend a fortune with nothing to show for it but a shelf full of books.

Then the decision came to get into Network Marketing. I signed up with an herbal company that sold diet products. My sponsor ran a business on the other side of town where he kept a warehouse full of products. I was required to be on autoship every month for $250 worth of products. I also needed equipment, like a stamp machine and fax, so the company could send me faxes. They sent 2 or 3 per day that were only for persons who earned presidential status. Plus, each fax cost ME! I spent money on advertising, car signs, post signs, etc. I sent out hundreds of postcards and flyers.

Before I go any further, let me tell you I didn’t know squat about selling and my sponsor was a recruiter not a trainer. I had to order scripts from the company and memorize them in case prospects called. It scared me to death every time the phone rang. I worked hard though, not smart.

Six months into my labors, I still hadn’t signed anyone up and my credit cards were just about maxed out. Then one day a lady called and was interested in signing up. I conferenced her into my sponsor and between the 2 of us, I signed her up. I was so excited. When the lady hung up my sponsor stayed on the phone with me to inform me that in order to make commissions on my new sign up, I would have to upgrade to supervisor, otherwise he would make the money.

When I asked him what I had to do he told me I’d have to fill out a form and pay him $2,600!!! I was devastated. I didn’t have that kind of credit left on my accounts.

I brooded for a week and then started looking for another company. I happened to read an article in an MLM magazine that featured a prominent representative for a large company. She impressed me so much I called her. The company she worked for sold diet products also and some very good nutritionals. Plus, the sign up fee was reasonable and so were the products, I wouldn’t go broke. I started taking the products, lost weight and advertised on the Internet. I had 6 distributors and 20 customers. Unfortunately my distributors were all non-producers, they only bought enough products for their personal use, which meant I only received $15 checks every month, while spending over $100 on products for myself.

After 2 years of working the business, along with another nutritional company that a friend talked me into joining, I lost 20 pounds the first year and then the diet pills quit working; That discouraged me and I wasn’t able to promote the product anymore.

The other nutritional company didn’t pan out either. The friend who told me about this company didn’t have any luck either so we became partners in a supplemental insurance program. I worked hard again and only had a few customers.

Oh, I did all this while working a full time job!!!

After using the services one time, my customers all started canceling. My partner did a little better, but we were both discouraged and couldn’t stay focused.

My last networking venture was selling vacation packages. My partner and I loaded 30 different ads in an auto responder and when someone wanted info they were set up to receive a new message every other day.

Unfortunately, these vacation packages were $1,400 each and no one wanted to spend that much money. Therefore, I lost even more money!

I swore I would never get into another MLM program again. The only ones who get rich are the founders of the companies. When enough distributors are signed up and the company is starting to rake in the money, they change the pay plan so they get more and the distributors get less.

This all happened in the 6 year period I mentioned, and I finally found Claude Diamond’s Creative Real Estate Course. Again, I’m encouraging you to send for your free Ebook without delay. Just click here: http://www.diamondleasepurchase.com/
