Mitzli-jen Investments LLC
Mitzli-Jen Investments LLC in an new limited partnership company. Our areas of business are in real estate investments, land aquisition, residential and commercial developments, manufacturing, publishing and distribution, and import-export.
We are seeking to raise funds to launch our initial development of proprietary properties. The current inventory of properties include rental housing and high end undeveloped residential lots.
Our next stage of business development will be to continue land acquisitions and housing developments and from there set up an import-export business, the first of several manufacturing facilities in the defense and aerospace industries, setting up a publication company to print and sell our own books which will include novels and travel books, and finally establish a investment management company in the United States and other countries around the world.
You can and will be a registered owner of the company as a limited partner and what is most attractive is that you can do it for a one time investment of just $5.00 USD.
Since we are a new company the success of the company and its profitability cannot be guaranteed but reasonably expected, calculated and planned. We do not want any present of future investor in the company to suffer in any way should the company happen to go broke in the process of establishing the business and working to make it grow.
Please read in inform yourself, do your own due diligence in researching small cap companies. You will find that most do not make it. We have chosen to start out investing in hard assets of real and established value. Our analyst has and will continue to select properties of real value in markets and have a high demand in order to secure the money invested in the purchase of the lands and market research is an ongoing process in order to select areas where housing and commercial needs outweigh the current supply. We are architectural designers and licensed building contractors so we can do developments as a substantial cost reduction increasing the profitability for all our investors and business owners as limited parters of Mitzli-Jen Investments LLC.
We will start out as a small capitalized company and grow into a multi-million dollar operation. We also have insight and contacts in the investment world to invest a part of the company's future earnings and protect earn monies with ownership in assets of other established profitable businesses.
