Carver Mariner 28 Help

Click on the "Mariner 28 Foot" link at the bottom of the home page for our own Carver Mariner 28 forum. I hope this will serve everyone in need of help or advice when working on their Mariner, or just put you in touch with other members of our Carver Mariner 28 enthusiasts family.

I have collected and have access to quite a lot of literature and information on Carver Mariners and have it all on CD / DVD. If you are interested in a copy, which includes owners manuals for 2895 - 2896 model, Ford 302 and 351 marine, Mercruiser engine manual and sales brochures plus many photos and other manuals and documents for the Mariner 28's.
This DVD/CD-ROM is available at $25 USD / CAD including S&H to anywhere in Canada or the USA. (see DVD/CD-ROM page in links below for details)
If you have any other copies of manuals or documents, i.e. TRII Stern Leg etc, photos or Carver mariner test results, reviews etc and would like to make them available to other Mariner enthusiasts please feel free to send them and they will be added here.
I am not in the position to help with questions and advice on repairs to your boat myself, but I do have the forum (see link below)with many experienced Carver Mariner owners who will help with advice and information.
There is also a repair website link below to a company who also helps with good advice on repairs. The company that runs this site has an excellent forum for boat repair questions and has an excellent range of quality products that they can supply for your repair job. The link to this is at the bottom of this page.
If there is something I have come across or I know has been done by other enthusiasts, I will try to help or refer you to those who do know.
My aim is to help others and to learn more myself about these beautiful and popular boats from the 70's.
Send me an email if you would like your boat photos, repair photos or tips to be added to our gallery along with any comments, suggestions, or advice that may help others with their projects.
The Mariner is still a great family cruiser with plenty of space and lots of grace. Let's try to keep the dream alive and restore these boats to their former glory.
If there are any good suppliers of marine materials, parts, or trades people that you could recommend in your area, please feel free to let us know and we will tell others about them.
