Miss Moncks Corner
On Saturday, June 10, 2000, Lauren Marie Gibson won the title of Miss Moncks Corner. Marie is a rising senior at Summerville High School and will be attending the University of South Carolina after graduation, majoring in pre-law.
She is the daughter of William and Anna Gibson of Summerville SC, granddaughter of Sgt. Bob and Lorene Martin of Hanahan SC. She is the sister of Lori Gibson of North Charleston.
Marie will be competing for the title of Teen Miss South Carolina in the fall at the North Charleston Convention Center.

Marie will be competing for the title of Miss Liberty on July 15, 2000. We will let you know of the results!
