Our spacious 5 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa is situated in an exclusive close of executive Villas at the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf course. Surrounded by trees and bordered by a National Park in a peaceful location,it is still only a 12 minute drive to the Disney theme parks. The villa has a large 30' by 15' pool & extended paved patio area with planted tropical backdrop for extra privacy and sun all day long.
The spacious lounge with cathedral ceiling, has a new 60in flat screen TV with full HBO movie & Fox sports channels(including Premiership football) as well as DVD, video and music system with a selection of films and cds to choose from. There is a separate living room for people to relax in and a dining area overlooking the pool. Free Wi-Fi Broadband access with printer and PS2 with games.2 ipod stations. NEW games room-Pool table, table tennis and powered air hockey. Phone has free national and international calls. The kitchen and laundry room are both well equipped with everything you might need during your holiday.
Our villa has two master bedrooms ensuite(1 King and 1 Queen)Extended King master has its own sitting area,new 40in LCD TV and DVD and Queen 28in LCD TV with DVD. There are three further large bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single. Bedrooms 3&4 have 2 single beds in each. Bedrooms 3,4 and 5 also have large TVs and DVD players. A security system and safe are provided for extra security.
There is plenty of room on the extended pool area to enjoy the sun all day long and a covered patio allowing you to dine shaded from the sun. At night the pool has Multi-coloured mood lighting. The pool has a removable child safety barrier and all doors to the pool have alarms for your peace of mind. A large gas BBQ is also included. Tennis balls and raquets are supplied for the tennis courts. Golf clubs are available for a small charge please enquire.
