downloading tips


Make a neighborhood in the sims that you don't care about and download only between 1 to 5 objects/skins/ect. at a time so you can test them in the neighborhood you don't care about.


if the objects/skins/ect. look slopily made and they are not from a popular/ trustable site DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEM, the might crash your game.



if you don't like downloading things, but you still want the items on the sites, get the sims transformiger from lush creations which is on my links list below, and clone an object that the object you want is based on and then export it to your desktop use just change colors and select good quality, it should have the largest zooms, and uncheckmark all the little things on the side of the export menu. once you do all that you should get a folder and a xml document on your desktop; go into the folder select one of the little sub folders that should say sprite then a number, go into that and see which side the sprite is of and then copy the side of the object on the thing you want and create a paint document name it the same as what the sprite was and rteplace the sprite with it, keep on doing that and when you are done go and import it from the transformigger change the description and the price and when you are done export it to the downloads folder in the sims that can be found under maxis in the program files

pres Ctrl+Shift+C then enter code

1 rosebud gets you 1000 sim dollars
2 move_objects on lets you move all objects
3(not compatable with all) water_tool
4 edit_char allows you to edit your charecter
5 set_hour set game time
