Export Joint-Venture Referral Fee Contract (mfg)
We,___________________Located in the City of___________________in the State/Providence of_________________and in the Country of_________________Hereby Promise to pay an export trade joint-venture Referral Fee commission fee of 4% of the sales price on all Initial closed sales and a 4% commission fee of the sales price on all closed Resales of our firm's export products our firm makes to all Referred worldwide importer firms that have been Referred to our firm by the Referral Efforts of Douglas Stamps, CEO of D.W. Stamps World Trading Agency located in Portland, Oregon USA. Said Referral Fee commissions will be paid to: Douglas Stamps within 7 business days after our firm receives the money from the said Referred importer firms. Our firm also promises to give to: Douglas Stamps a Bi-monthly Financial Report on all Referred worldwide importer firms with which our firm is now doing ongoing business. This contract will be controlled by the laws of the State of Oregon USA and International Business Law.
