How to join?
Most people will investigate the truths of the Faith before they declare that they would like to be a Baha'i. People come into the Faith from all walks and backgrounds of life. Baha'is acknowledge that we are all endeavouring to grow towards God, which means you don't need 'to be perfect' before you can become a Baha'i. God's love and grace is big enough for all. To become a Baha'i, you simply declare (with a signature on a Baha'i card):
- I wish to become a member of the Baha'i community.
- I accept Baha'u'llah as the bearer of God's message for this Day and will endeavour to follow his teachings and the Baha'i way of life.
- I also accept the authority of the institutions which administer the affairs of the Baha'i community.
