Our store has been in business since August of 2003 and accepts all major credit card payments through PayPal, Personal Checks, MOney Order and Cashiers Checks for forms of payment on merchandise purchased. We have 7 day waiting period for all personal checks before shipping item. All other forms of payment constitute shipping the day after payment is confirmed for item purchased.
MERCHANDISE ENTERPRISES prides itself on customer satisfaction! Therefore, all products are sold on an as is basis with the condition of the item purchased being BRAND NEW OR LIKE NEW, and ACCEPTABLE FOR GIFT GIVING! We have a no returns or refunds policy on items purchased unless special circumstances occur and proper communication and emails have transpired between both the seller and the buyer constituting a resolution to the situation at hand. In such cases a refund is deemed necessary by the seller purchase price of the item will be granted with seller's permission confirmed by via email, less the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any items purchased.
