SENIORS GETS THE PERSCRIPTIONS THAT YOU NEED

I Will do all the research and get the applications and mail them back to you all you will have to do is follow the instructions. I will need your name , complete address, and the complete name of the medications that you are taking, along with the dose and instructions.

Due to the high demand I have to impose a small fee schedule as follows:

1 to 5 applications $10.00
6 to 10 applications $20.00
11 to 15 applications $30.00
16 to 20 applications $40.00
21 to 25 applications $50.00

This helps defray the cost of the postage,ink, envelopes, research.

The approxamate turnaround is 24 hour from date of reciept of you request.

This endevor started over trying to help my mother-in-law not have to chose between taking life saving medications or not taking them because she could not afford them. Now I would Like to share this with everyone and anyone who can benifit from recieving free medications. There are some guidelines, however if you do not qualify you will recieve a precentage based refund and explanation as to why.
