David B. McCoy was a Social Studies teacher for 32 years and founder of Spare Change Press (1979), which over the years has published magazines, flyers and chapbooks. He is a graduate of Carson Long Military Institute (1973), Lorain County Community College (1975), Ashland University (1977), and Kent State University (1990).
David's new publications include Voices from Behind the Mask (poetry) and The Tao of Libertarianism (essays and editorals).
