Was responsible for preparation of tender, estimation, offer, getting orders, planning & execution including EPC contractorder and procurement for new power projects (Thermal, Gas & Hydro) and renovation and modernization of old power projects. Oversaw projects financial aspects, including cost control, contract negotiations, process engineering. Arranged project insurance for the entire life of the project. Prepared process procedures for ISO 9000 and Position Report for Total Quality Management (TQM). Prepared media material, like advertisements and brochures.
Significant Achievements
Spearheaded the successful renovation of 3x100MW power plant Obra UPSEB, 4x50MW at NLC, 2x110MW at Ennore TPS TNEB and 4x110MW at Kothagudem/APGENCO.
