As the band continues to grow musically and encompass new endeavors, we're looking for more shows to play other than ones we've been putting together. There's been a little talk about a Warehouse Night Club show in the making with Mervision, so we'll see how that rolls together. But still, new places to play at are great. And yes, for you basement concert-goers, there will probably be at least a couple more basement concerts on the way before the fall. Being it's first show back as a newly influenced band, Maximum Jack surprised the approximate 50-person show in Roddy's garage with a few new originals, including a great one called "A Deep Well". New covers they unveiled were "8 Days a Week" by the Beatles and "Hashpipe" by Weezer. Not only did their new sound intrigue the audience, but the soft clarity between each instrument helped with the success of the show, as well. I believe it's safe to say this was Maximum Jack's best performance yet. Thank you all for attending!
