The ollie=Put your back foot on yhe tail of the board and your front foot in the middle,crouch down and pop down on the tail, at the same time lift your front foot up and slide it up the board.

the manual=shift your weight to the back of the board so the nose is in the air but the tail isn't!balance on the back 2 wheels.
