William (Bill)K. Foresman, distant cousin of Fran Williams and good friend of Chas Williams. This photo was taken when Bill was in the Navy Reserves. Chas and Bill met and became friends while attending Purdue University in LaFayette, Indiana USA. Frances B. Foster was visiting her cousin Bill Foresman and met Charles B. Williams (Jr.) who was also visiting the Foresman's home. She said she thought Chas was "a real smart aleck". Fran stated she really didn't like him at first.
