Saint Thomas Orthodox Catholic Theological Seminary is a multifaceted orthodox catholic seminary without walls. Utilizing online classes and a solid mentorship program. Thomas seminarians will experience an enlighting theological training program leading to ordination into the holy orders of the Apostolic Evangelical Orthodox Catholic Church. While STOCS-AEOC operates as a seminary without walls the associated churches and the diocese of the Pacific Northwest does hold physical assets. All graduating seminarians of the department of Theology seeking consecration into the final major holy order of presybter, unless exempted by the Rt. Rev. +Kenneth W. Huffman Bishop of the US diocese of the Pacific Northwest AEOC-CNC , will be required to have or establish a physical mission or parish.
The Apostolic Evangelical Orthodox Catholic Church adheres to the vision of consecrating mature and experienced christians in a fast tract fashion. All degrees should be attainable within 9-24 months of acceptance into the department of Theology. The programs within the department of Christian Counseling can be completed in a shorter period depending on your prior transferable higher education credits and documented experience. Under no conditions will the seminary grant degrees for life experience! We do allow advanced standing up to 50% of the degree requirements for valid documented learning experience/prior credit transfer.

The Seminary's department of Christian Counseling offers the following degrees:
*Associate of Christian Studies in Christian Family Counseling
*Bachelor Of Christian Studies in Christian Family Counseling
**please note that students will be required to transfer in or successfully finish 2 upper division courses outside of our seminary to graduate with the B.C.S. The student is responsible for any cost associated with this requirement. The required courses are: Psy 3xx Theory of Personality
WR 3XX Business Report Writing (or Advanced English Composition)
Our seminary will supply all needed textbooks, online course fees and cassette tapes that will be needed for the completion of the degree programs. There will be a small deposit for loaned Books/cassette tapes.* All learning media must be returned to the seminary once you are done using them. Also, please note that we are going to get our own technology platform that will have a student control panel. This will be accomplished by the end of this year.
The primary purpose of the online seminary is to train future clergy of the orthodox catholic faith. Our secondary purpose is to educate non-ordained church administrators, domestic violence specialists and christian family counselors.
Saint Thomas Orthodox Catholic Theological Seminary-AEOC(CNC) is not accredited by any secular accrediting associations. Being a religious seminary Saint Thomas Orthodox Catholic Seminary-AEOC (CNC) does not seek secular accreditation. We operate under a church charter for the purpose of training AEOC clergy and church administrative officers.
