Maranatha Evangelical Fellowship is an outreach faith ministry started in Ludhiana, Punjab, to reach the un-reached in India. We are involved in Church planting, Prison Ministry, Outreach, Needy Children India, Lending Library, Slum Literacy, Christian Film, and School Children Ministry.
I.Church Planting. Rishi Nagar is located 5 km from Ludhiana city. More than 50 are meeting regularly for the worship on Sunday. Women are responding to the gospel. We are working with the men in this area. We give glory to our Lord Jesus for the new believers. Laxman Nagar. More than 30 believers are attending Sunday worship. The Lord has been adding new believers to the church. MM. Nagar. More than 20 believers are attending Wednesday evening Bible study and prayer meetingr. Vishal Nagar Tuesday and Thursday we conduct bible study and prayer meetings. We distribute gospel packets, tracts and books as an out reach ministry. CWS Colony. More than 30 are attending Sunday for the worship. Poor labors, work day and night for their daily bread. You are welcome to send used cloths (cotton & warm) stationary, food items for these poor children). Simlapuri More than 30 are worshiping at Simlapuri. Regular out reach work is done through house-to-house visitation as well as by distribution of gospel packets, tracts and booklets. Mohuana., Fazilka More than 40 believers are attending worshiping on Sunday.. The Lord had healed a 14-day-old boy who had hole in his heart. Regular out reach work is done in ten near by villages. Tadyoor. More than 50 believers are attending Sunday worship meeting. Ganjdundwara, U.P. More than 40 believers are attending Sunday worship.
II. Prison Ministry We are involved in reaching the un-reached inmates of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir States of Northwest India. Hundreds of inmates are waiting for literature, Bible, New Testament, book, some one to pray for them, help their children to go to school
III. Needy children India In India many girls and boys are hungry, suffering from disease and looking for some one to help them. Many children wonder why their mother and father have left them alone. They live without hope of a better future. They look for love and care of some one like you. Here is a golden opportunity for you to help such children (Orphan / Prisoner's / street / poor and needy). Thousands of children are unable to go to school due to lack of funds / help. In faith, with prayers and kind help from Gods loving people from all over the world, we have started this humanitarian help to help these poor and needy children in India. I hope and pray that you will prayerfully consider the needs of these needy and poor children, and will extend your helping hands to help these needy children, to help in what ever way you can for these needy and poor children. You may help these unprivileged children with cash or kind (new & used clothes, toiletry items, food items etc.). With your helping hands, you could provide boarding, lodging as well as schooling (school fees, books, uniforms, stationary items). Photo, bio-data, report and letters from the child will be provided from time to time.
IV. Out Reach Ministry. We have distributed 30,000 tracts, 5000 Books, 300 NT’s house-to-house at Rishi Nagar, Mandeep Nagar, Laxman Nagar, MM Nagar, Vishal Nagar, Fazilaka and Gurshanakar.
V.Slum Literacy. We have been providing literacy for the illiterate Adults & children.
VI. Lending Library. Reading biblical books, listening songs as well as messages profit believers as well as Non-believers. We are in need of more biblical books, audio, video and, CD (Hindi, Punjab, English, Urdu language)
VII. Bible Teaching. We conduct special Bible class as well as planning to start a Bible School. Pray for the funds needed to start a Bible School in Ludhiana, Punjab.
VIII. Christian Film We screen Jesus (Hindi, Punjab languages, Dayasagar(Hindi) where ever possible. There is a great response from public to see these films. A Van is urgently needed to carry film and film team to the villages.
IX. School Children Ministry. We regularly visit Govt. and Private Schools. We distribute literature as well as give talks on various subjects. We have visited the following schools recently. Pray that the students and staff of the school may understand Gods word. Pray that the Lord may open the doors of the Schools to reach more students for the Lord.

(6). Sponsor a Slum Literacy team $ 550 .00.
(7). Sponsor an Outreach Team (literature & support) $ 550 .00

(8). Provide a church building in a rural village $ 6,000 .00.
(9). Undertake a national conference for 150 Church Planters and
Christian leaders $ 12,000.00
(10).Donate Bible, New Testament, Gospel packet, Book, Audio, CD,
(Hindi, Punjab, English and Urdu languages music and message)
