Our Pure Maple Syrup is produced on our Maple Farm on the Holland/Sturbridge, MA line. We tap our trees in early February and gather the sap through early April. The sap is boiled in the evaporator until it is a sweet golden syrup which is filtered and poured into containers. 1 tap yields about 10 gallons of sap and it takes about 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup. Enjoy our product with pancakes, waffles, ice-cream, biscuits, baked goods, coffee, or use your imagination. Join us to experience this time honored tradition.
Directions:
Route 84 West, to exit 1, take a right off the ramp onto Route 15 (which runs parallel with 84)for about 1.5 miles. Take the first right onto Leadmine Rd. Take a left onto Vinton Rd. and we are about 1 mile on the right-hand side. (blue house with red trim). Call ahead to make sure we are available.
