Current VQ News
1. Deal Worked Out Between Dager & Wexler.
After Dager's semi-successful prank was in full swing for about 2 weeks, he was cought. He was trying to do anything to get Dager back because Wexler cought on to his pranks and took Dager's password. Dager has made several new characters to try and talk to the Game Ops but everytime he went into a server he got banned. So he decided to go to the VQ+ Forum and post a message there. A few days later Wexler heard that Dager was looking for him. So Wexler got in contact with Dager. During there conversation Wexler said that Dager may only have his character back if he never did anything like that again.
In conclusion Dager got himself back and he won't be pulling any pranks for a very long time.
2. Dark Stalkers & Dragon Manglers Combine!
After many conversations with the leader of the Dark Stalkers Guild we have reached an agreement. We have finally decided to combine our two guilds to make one bigger one. I am correctly in the process of updating the site. I thank betterthantheref and all his guild members for cooperating. Thank you. :-D
3. New Game In the Works(Non-Netdragons)
Im sure you have all heard of Ultima Online. Well my cousin plays the game and he said it got boring after a while. So he had an idea to make a game like it with more purpose and story. The name of the game is Alarcitiy Grove(spelling). He named it after a location from Ultima Online. He has done most coding for the basic layout. He is working on getting a map of the game up. Since he is only one person he needs all the help he can get to make this. Thus he has gotten a few friends and yours truely to help him. His friends Nick and Steve are working on making the storyline and helping with the graphics of the game. While I am in charge of the names and coding of ALL items and weapons. Tough stuff. He has a website for the game and has all he needs to be able to run the game online. Now all we need is the map and graphics. Graphics are Half-Way done so we may be expecting a trial within the next month or so. I will post the web address when we have completed version 1.0 of the game. There will also be a charge of $3.00 a month but if you ask me nicely I can let you play for free. I hope to see you at Alarcitiy Grove. :)
