MAIZE FALL FESTIVAL

The Maize Fall Festival date and theme have been chosen. This years date is Oct. 4-5. Our theme for this year is "Heroes Among Us" Anyone interested in helping should contact Dave Adams @ 729-2941. We are always looking for new ideas, please feel free to let us know what you would like to see at the festival.

Parade - Free to all. October 5th 2002 If you care to enter a float Please Circle this portion. Line up at 9:00am Parade begins 10:00 am SHARP! Address and phone number.

Talent Fest - October 5th 2002 Adult, Teen and Children divisions. $10.00 non- refundable entrance fee. Cash and prizes to be awarded for all Three divisions. Please circle this portion and send with $10.00 entrance fee. Address and phone number.

Li'l Miss and or Pre-teen October 5th 2002 $25.00 entrance Fee. Li'l Miss 5 to 8 as of March 1st. 2002. Miss Pre-teen 9-12 as of March 1st 2002.

Car Show - October 5th. $10.00 before September 14th 2002. $15.00 at the door. Prizes and dash plaques to be awarded.

Non- Profit - $10.00 before Septmber 1st 2002 $20.00 after. Please circle this portion and send with your registration money. State your organization and address, phone number.

Home Party Dist. - $25.00 until September 1st 2002 and then $35.00 State your organizaton, address and phone number. Circle this portion and send with your registration money.

Craft - $15.00 until September 1st 2002 then $25.00 after. Please circle this portion and send with your name, address and phone number with a list of some of your items. Along with your registration.

Food - $100.00 before September 1st 2002 $150.00 after. Please circle this portion with your registration money and a list of your items, name, address and phone number.

All Booths are 10x10 if you need two spaces please add apropriate ammount to your registration. We will have limited electricity, tables and chairs for your use. They are on a first come first serve basis. Maize PRIDE does reserve the right to shut any booth down at any time. Please let us know if you have a tent or canapy that needs to be put up on grass.
