First, let's look at the downloading policy again:
1. You may only download these isos if you own the original cartridge. Otherwise, leave now!
2. Don't try giving any excuse, because I'm pretty sure that these are illegal without the cartridge. I'm not giving any of that "delete within 24 hrs." crap either.
3. Since I only link these files from other sites, I have no responsibility over them. These files belong to their respective owners, so download AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Here at some other sites for youe emulation needs. They may not necessarily contain psx isos, but try them out. You'll find the best collection of different games around!

1. Edgeemu-This site requires registration, but it's worth it! It has one of the best game collections I've ever seen. You'll find almost all games for GBC, NES, SNES. However, don't try looking for GBA games, because they don't have any.
2. GPemu-This site also needs registration. It's a really good site though, with many of the latest GBA roms, and also many N64 and GBC games. Check it out!
3. Advance-Power-This site has the ten latest GBA games produced. You'll find games that haven't even come out in the U.S. yet! You can also find cheats and patches here. It uses bittorent too, so you'll find even more games!
4. Amardu-This site's in Thai, but you'll understand it. It has many of the greatest games for GBA, NES, and SNES, so don't hesitate to have a look at it. You won't be disappointed! The username and password for downloading is on their main page, so remember that first!
5. EmuPortugal-Whoa! So many psx isos here! You can also find many other console games and handheld games too. Don't be afraid to check it out!
6. PlayAgain-You should go here if you want roms for MAME or other old arcade systems. They have many games that you'll probably have a hard time finding anywhere else!
7. DreamGames2k-Go here to get psx isos from ftp servers. They have many games, most of which are new and rare. You need an ftp program, like AceFTP, though, so you should really get one! :)
8. RuinRoms-This is a new site I found on GPemu's forums. Thanks go to Master of All, the site's creator. It has many Psx Isos, GBA roms, N64 roms, and others currently, so be sure to check this out! The site has just been born recently, so I know that they'll add more games to it!
9. Emulation Forums-It's not a psx isos site but it has really great links. I trust these links the most, and they almost always work, so check it out now!
10. RomNation-Here you can find a wide selection of roms and isos, and many are garanteed to work! You'll get games for many consoles, such as Neo Geo, Sega CD, and, of course, Gameboy. If you do not mind some offensive advertisements, this site is work checking out!
11. EmuPati V3.0-Woah! You guys really should check out this site. There are so many games for so many systems! You can even find PC games here, along with PSX, Game and Watch, Gameboy Advance, Sega, and Neo Geo games. Really worth a look! The only problem is that it needs registration... :(
12. ForSIAM-This is one of the best! It has both emulation and actual PC game isos. The best part is, they're not bittorrent! They're always updating too, so you'll get the newest games every time you visit.
13. Emusun-This is also a pretty good site. It has the latest games, and is updated daily too! If you're searching for the latest GBA or MAME games, this is definitely the place to find them.
14. GBXemu-You might remember this site if you were interested in emulation about three years ago. It had every GBA,GBC, and GB rom you could imagine. However, that soon fell apart, when it lost it's server. Well... Now it's back and better than ever! Not only does it have almost every GBA rom, but you can find many other things that interest you (especially if you're thinking about getting Flash cartridges soon.)
15. PSEvo-This is a great place to look if you're searching for psx isos. It has many games that you can download without using any filesharing program, and more are being uploaded by the minute! Enjoy!
16. PSX Juegos-This site has a lot of PSX ISOs, all in bittorrent form. If you're looking for any PSX ISO that's out, you'll probably find it here. Good luck!
17. EmuParadise and EmuParadise Bittorrent Tracker-Credits for these links go to Christian Hernandez. I cannot believe that I missed them earlier. The Emuparadise site is great for downloading ISOs directly, if you're able to handle a few pop-ups and a voting system. It's bittorrent counter-part is also amazing as well. It does not contain any pop-ups or voting systems, and has many great games I have never seen anywhere else.
18. Romsource-This page has a few links to psx isos, but many other links to other sites that you can also find them. It's a great site, so check it out!
19. UniX GameS-This place has a lot of PSX ISOs avaliable for download. There's a voting system, but it's worth it. Go try it out!
