I provide mobile notary services to mortgage bankers, lenders, brokers, finance companies, signing companies, closing, escrow and title companies, attorneys, hospitals and the general public.
Utilizing my services enables you to concentrate on generating more loans while being assured that your current loans will be executed and closed successfully. I will travel to your office or the borrower’s home or office.

Basic Fees: For Brevard, Indian River Counties. (*Will travel further with pre-arranged fee from provider-)
Brevard Co: 1st: $125.00
" " 1st & 2nd: $170.00
Indian River 1st: 200.00
Ind River 1st/2nd 2350.00
Cancellations at table: $75.00
Printing charge if cancelled within 3 hrs of closing $50.00

2nd set provided for Borrowers always....
If there is ever an error made by Your Personal Notary Signing Services, it will be fixed at no charge as quickly as possible. If a borrower refuses to sign or a loan does not fund, the full fee will be charged.
