It seems there is something wrong with the fingers of everyone in this painting.
I have seen it in one of Rembrandt paintings.
It due to hygine and the picking of ORMUS EGGS.
There is also something eating the Dove Plant by her face. This is one of the symbols Leonardo uses to describe her as Sophia of Wisdom and as the Holy Spirit......
This is also Lucrezia Crivelli-Visconti-Sforza...This is also the aunt of Mona Lisa....
