WELCOME TO THE AUSTIN BASKETBALL ALLIANCE!
Oct. 13th, Austin, TX - The Austin Basketball Alliance is gearing up its first season, slated to begin play May 29th, 2003.
This non-profit organization which originally targeted local teenagers, has also developed a branch for pre-teens, aged 10-12.
The league has set up a series of "ABA Assist" Programs to provide participants with basic interview and communication skills. Younger players will be offered tutoring sessions in school subjects where they are experiencing difficulties.
