I am a huge fan of plastic/cosmetic surgery and for good reason although I can promise you from personal experience looking better through cosmetic surgery does NOT in ANY cicumstance make you a happier person "inside" although it can help tremendousley with "outside" appearance.

I also worked for a world renowned plastc/reconstructive/craniofacial surgeon and have seen the tremendous positive effects the surgery has had on not only cosmetic patients but cancer survivors and deformed children whose lives are forever changed at the hands of these committed brilliant doctors!
