We are a hunting and fishing lodge open year-round and located in Northeast South Dakota. We pride ourselves with being located in the middle of approximately 65,000 acres of public land for prime waterfowl and pheasant hunting. There are also over 20 lakes within 30 miles that provide excellent fishing.
Our family has enjoyed this area for over 100 years. We have renovated existing facilities on our farm to accomodate nature lovers such as ourselves. We are located directly south and within sight of Lynn Lake. As our guests, you will have access to your own private picnic area overlooking fields of wildflowers and nesting areas for water fowl and pheasants. Because of our unique location and food plots developed over the years, we have been fortunate in attracting large numbers and varieties of wildlife including pheasants, deer, muskrat, ducks, mink, geese, and more. This is a peaceful retreat from your busy routine, giving new meaning to the phrase..."off the beaten path...."
THE LODGE ITSELF.....
...includes comfortable, fully modern facilities with all the extras. Kitchens are equipped with microwaves, stoves, refrigerators, and freezers. Utensils and housekeeping supplies are all furnished. Private, modern bathrooms with handicap accesible showers, cable TV, electric heat, and modern fish and game cleaning facilities make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We are fully equipped for housekeeping, including all linens and towels. Carpeted bedrooms sleep up to 5 comfortably.
We have indoor kennels, and pets are more than welcome. Also available is storage for boats, outdoor elecrical hook ups, horseshoe pits, picnic tables, and grills for outdoor cooking.

Even though the area is very secluded , you are still within 12 miles of city luxuries, including groceries, baitshops, nightclubs, parks, and swimming pools. Lynn Lake is bordered by 3 country churches, all of which welcome visitors. Our exact location from Webster is:

FISHING....
Lynn Lake has been well known as a sportsman's paradise for years. The tradition is now continuing even as the land is now under water, becoming one of the best crappie/saugeye/walleye lakes in the area. The local farmers and the SDGF&P have worked together to stock this, and many other local lakes to develop a great fishing area. Waubay Lake is just down the road, along with many new fishing hotspots showing up every year. For the ice fisherman, we have portable fish shacks, augers, and electrical equipment available for rent.
PHEASANTS.....
Special wildflower seeding designed to attract pheasants, and efforts made by local farmers seem to be helping replenish our supply of these beautiful birds. Local clubs want to insure the survival of our pheasant population and over two thousand birds have been raised and released at Lynn Lake Lodge over the past few years.
WATERFOWL......
Again, the rains and snowfall of recent years have replenished our waterfowl population to an extent not seen before in this area. Canadian, snow, and blue geese migrate through the area as do an unlimited number of mallards, wood ducks, pintails, and more. Our best hunting is within walking distance of the lodge, and we have over 1,500 acres of hunting land available in the area.
Bring your family or come by yourself. We accomodate everyone! Rates are $30.00 per person. We are open year round and have special family and group rates available. Many other services are available through us also. Call with any questions.
