Like to Ski/snowboard, or enjoy the spectacular mountains during the Spring, Summer or Fall? Silver Creek at Snowshoe Mountain Resort has it all, including the highest elevation south of NY state. Silver Creek boasts: ski rentals and instruction for all ages; a tubing hill and ski trails just outside the doors. It has the only night skiing on the entire mountain. There is snow-mobiling and sleigh rides. Inside you will find: clothing shops; mini mart, food court, indoor/outdoor heated pool, jacuzzis, a sauna, an exercise facility; a nursery; video arcade and more. Everything you need is at Silver Creek. Snowshoe provides bus service to and from the Village every 30 minutes (call for a ride during the off season).
Off-season activities include a Gary Player award-winning 18 hole golf course, fishing, sporting clay range, mountain bike trails, hiking, hunting, BMX bike course, skateboard park, scenic lift rides, local wildlife & birding, canoeing, paddle boats, wall climbing, scenic train rides (Cass), Monogahela National Forest, rafting, back packing, Hydro Traxx tours, Euro-bungee, movies in the Village, plus lake activities.
LUCA's LODGE (1303 Silver Creek) provides excellent guest accomodations for 4-7 people (King, Double, Single, Queen Sleeper). This two bedroom, two bath unit is newly decorated and provides comfort and entertainment for your family.
LUCA II (5601 Silver Creek) provides the same excellent guest accomodations for 4 Adults (King/Queen Sleeper Sofa/Sm Futon for child). Decorated almost identical to Luca's Lodge.
