Take...The First Step, a running program for permanent fitness!

A woman's running group which supports the female participant who wants a permanent plan of aerobic exercise through walking, jogging, or running. Each category is supported by:

* an individualized exercise schedule
* weekly discussions of health issues
* verbal support and progress reports
* individual goals of walking and running
* group travel events for various distances
* weekly track workouts and group runs
