Nuisance Animal Control is a specialty business. It requires a unique set of skills and more knowledge than most people realize. It is also a field with unique risks. Nuisance Animal Control Operators take care of difficult problems that few people can properly or safely handle. We are state licensed professionals that conduct themselves accordingly. People seem to have no problem paying the electrician or plumber for their skills, and you won't find them crawling in a hot attic to remove a litter of raccoons with an angry mother raccoon lurking nearby! The knowledge, skills, and risks taken by a Nuisance Animal Control Operator exceeds that of the average service profession. I find that all of my customers feel that they have received a very good value, after they talk to me in person, and get their problem quickly and professionally taken care of.

Services and Fee's
$199.00 on up ~ Late Night Emergency Calls
All calls requiring immediate service after 8:00 PM constitute emergency cases.
Certain daytime calls demanding immediate assistance are considered emergency cases.
For emergency calls you may also call 859-462-6790 or 859-462-6906. These numbers are our personal cell phones and please feel free to call at any time.
$70.00 Service call for inspection.
This is a charge for coming to your home or business, wether a catch is made or not.
$50.00 Trap Set and Return visit Fee.
Once an agreement has been made that an animal needs to be removed, traps are set. Return visits will be done accordingly. Residents can prevent unneeded return visits by advising Young's Animal Control of a wether or not an animal has been captured.
$20.00 Per Animal Removal Fee
Once an animal has been captured, Young's animal control will come remove the animal and transport it to a suitable area. Most times, we will be there the same day to remove animals from traps. A $50 Return visit applies when removing an animal.
**NOTE**
Some flat rate discounts apply to small rodents such as mice, rats, and moles for removal. Call us for more information.

Flat Rate Fees are implied when there is just one visit needed to take care of your situation. The following list is some senarios that occur often.
$100.00 ~ Home inspection.
When buying a home, we will come check the house and property for Nuisance Wildlife such as rodents or wildlife that could destroy/harm crops or farm animals.
$125.00 - $200.00 ~ Snake Removal.
There are no traps set to catch snakes. If you have a snake hindering you, please keep an eye on its location, because snakes can hide very easily.
$150.00 - $225.00 ~ Trapless Animal Removal
If a slow/sick/confined animal can be removed in one trip, a one-time fee applies.
$225.00 ~ Animal in Chimney Flu or Fireplace
Price includes steel screening of opening to prevent reoccurrence.
$80.00 - $130.00 ~ Dead Animal Removal (outside, location known)
One flat fee for removal. Price depends on size and location of the animal.
$200.00 - $275.00 ~ Dead Animal Removal (location unknown)
One flat fee for search and removal. If I am unable to remove the animal, a service fee of $70.00 will be charged. I am the best you will find.
Dead body is found about 95% of the time, except cases where body location is impossible to reach.
Odor relief services/devices available in cases of inaccessible body.
$400.00 - $3000.00 ~ Bat Colony Capture, Relocation, and Exclusion
Bat exclusion jobs are special. There are few skilled nuisance wildlife control operators who can safely and properly eliminate a colony from a building. This is a specialty job, requiring a set of unique skills. Fees for bat colony exclusion jobs are higher than for other animals, because the job requires greater skill. Experience is very important when doing bat jobs.
Each bat job is unique. Price depends upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to:
Size of the building
Condition of the building
Amount of droppings
Difficulty of repairs or cleanup
Location of job
The price for removal of a single transient bat that has entered the house: $70.00 - $200.00 depending on distance and hour of night..
An estimate of the final cost of the job will be provided upon inspection.
Price depends upon variables such as driving distance and difficulty of removal.
Domestic Animals that are captured have an addition $20.00 Fee per animal that will be collected and then donated to the local animal shelter where the animal will be housed.
Commercial Properties - Fees for commercial properties typically vary from those listed above for residential work. Factors such as size of building, complexity of work and terms/conditions of property management can all affect the price of work, which is typically (but not always) higher than residential work.
