Bookmates Central Africa is an interdenominational ministry. I is a branch of Bookmates International, Inc, a California based mission. It is temporary working under the umbrella of Logos International.

Purpose

To promote

the work of Hermon Pettit, SEVEN LAWS OF PRAYER, among others,

Hermon Pettit's life was spent in intense intercession for people all around the world. He has prayed so that the Good News of Jesus may be brought everywhere. He has prayed for end time revival.

Since the rediscovery of the fact that intercession and spiritual warfare are keys to success in Christian life and ministry, prayer has bore a whole new meaning. Not that the basic meaning has changed. Rather, it has become so important that no one may neglect it.
and the production and distribution of native Christian literature.

Though there is a high percentage of iliterate people, reading has become one of the ways through which ideas are propagated. Seeing that foreign books may not always be the best solution, producing local Christian literature has alway been the wish of many mission agencies.

Area of Ministry
Bookmates Central Africa includes the following countries:

the Democratic Republic of the Congo,
Congo Brazzaville,
Gabon,
the Central African Republic,
Uganda,
Rwanda,
Burundi,
Tanzania,
Zambia,and
Angola.

Right now, because of the present war, it is impossible to extend its ministy to Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. Therefore, Bookmates Central Africa is serving only in the DRC, waiting for future opportunities. Because of the economic crisis, getting the necessary equipments is impossible.
