HELLO GEORGE. REMEMBER ME?
yesterday ken and i marched for peace from government center to copley square in boston. i made a poster with this pic and the "quote" above to remind our president that Jesus, ***his christian savior***, preached peace and love, NOT war and violence. (i love Jesus, but don't care much for religion...)
ken's sign was far more political... "what about *our* weapons of mass destruction?" and "pre-emptive war is terrorism."
we were joined by thousands who agree that this war is wrong. the chants included "no blood for oil," "we won't fight for texaco" and "who will impeach bush? we will!"

as i type this, a tally is being taken to assess the number of americans that would, in fact, vote to impeach bush.

please join us for a discussion about this, and about why people believe that if you don't agree with bush's war that you "aren't supporting the troops." ken and i are both against this war, but also hope and pray that our friends and neighbors make it home safely. we don't see this as an either/or scenerio, i.e. "either you with us or against us"... this propaganda serves to undermine our democratic process as well as our right to free speech. we love our country and our fellow americans, but we still believe that this war is WRONG!!!
