after discussing dogs recently, ken said something interesting in his sleep... tune into "the working hour" sunday oct. 20 at 3 p.m. to find out what he said, and to catch up on all of our latest life lessons.
THEN at 4 we will talk about leaders, followers, conformity, authority, and more.
think about the groups in which you are a member. what is your role in the group? are you a leader or a follower? if you are the leader, what kind of leader are you? if not, what kind of leader are you following?
are there differences in leaders that are appointed as leaders versus those that naturally surface in a group? what about "self appointed leaders," that is, people who just always seem to have to be in charge?
do you find yourself "going along to get along?"
do you find yourself putting up with things that bother you but you're too afraid to speak up?
what qualities make a "good" leader?
what kind of leader is George W.?
are most of the groups you belong to led by inspiration, or fear tactics?
