the info about calling the white house to voice your opinion about the war on iraq was originally posted the week of sept 11, 2002 in preparation for our shows that aired 9/14/02. this info, along with the phone number and a description of what to expect, came from an e-mail that was widely circulated that week.
ken and i did phone the white house and we shared what we said on the show. the operators that we spoke with were very friendly, though i suspect they have been flooded with calls about the war.
you can still call this number, which is actually a *general* white house comment line, to voice your opinions about anything, not just the war on iraq. i doubt the president is actively soliciting public feedback at this time, but you still can call to voice your opinion.
