At this time, we have two forms of payment available.
1. Money order (US Customers Only):
US customers may use money orders as payment. When you choose this method, you will be given an invoice and instructions on how to send payment. Payment with this method is expected to be received in seven business days. We will process your order when we receive payment, and confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of payment.
2.Checks (US Customers Only):
US customers may use a check as payment. PLEASE NOTE: When you choose this method, you will be given an invoice and instructions on how to send payment. Payment with this method is expected to be received in seven business days. We will process your order when we receive payment and the check has cleared. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail upon receipt of payment.
Each Plentiful Harvest Candle and Lotion are crafted by hand, therefore, please be aware that our candles and lotions are not shipped out immediately. We do not have a large "shelf stock" to pull from.
All orders are placed in queue as they are received. Your order is then taken to a station, the soy wax measured for the candle you have selected, color and scent added to the wax and the candle poured by a real person, not a machine. Once everything is finished, your candle and/or lotion is packaged and shipped.
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. During our busy season, your order may take up to two weeks before shipping. Please take this into consideration when ordering. All orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday so that your product will not be sitting over a weekend in the delivery trucks.
