When I was a kid growing up in a small town in North Cacalaca, I always wanted to be a professional baseball player. It is the dream of almost every kid. Well, the other day when they inducted Nolan Ryan, Yount, Cedeno, and George Brett, it made me feel like a kid all over again. I could remember some of the great moments they all had, and it made me sad!
The game has changed, and I just do not know if it is for the better. The home runs and the high ERA'S just isn't the game that I grew up watching. Granted, I love watching Big Mac hit the ball 500+, but I also like low scoring, good ole fashion pitchers duels also.
If anyone feels the way I do, then let me know.
