a seperation soon to be a divorce from Alysia C C Cross I do and am
in agreement with this divorce, I do have the papers filled out and
have every intention on them being filed in Klamath County.Oregon,

note the date of the groups we were married on Mar 23,2006 the group
was started on Founded: May 12, 2006 so there you go it definately
was not a match made in heaven.
So much for that I only stated these things to inform the public of
the evil that I have encountered the past now week and two days.
I write these things in case for some unknown reason I suddenly
disappear of or some tragic accident were to occur John 10:10 a

This brings me to the next topic. I am suffering from emotional abuse
and am constantly having heart pains since this incident has occured
with Les Schwab tires Company Located in Beaverton Oregon on 7-25-09
Parties involved are or to be named are as followed Levi,Jared,David,
And all others that had heard or were in agreement with the unfair
business practices performed at this or the store location of or at

The facts are work was performed on my 1978 Ford Truck 1 ton truck
that I did not authorize and the was humiliated in front of other
customers located at the Les Schwab location listed above 15825

Les Schwab would not single out the rear tires on the truck. I could
not afford to purchase new Rims for this 1978 ford truck 1 ton with
dually wheels. The need at the time was to switch wheels due to the
fact that there were only 3 nuts bolts out of 8 to hold on the two
tires located on the right side dually s .Due to the fact that there
was only three bolts holding on two tires meant that the holes on the
tires were now bigger, rounder, due to the weight of the truck, it
would mean that I would need a new rim for a least one of the tires
no guarantee it would need two new rims to be purchased in which I
never saw since the day they were on the truck or ever saw period.I
don't have the old rims to this day or were they offered back to me
or shown to me of the condition, of them upon my arrival to pick up
my vehicle. on the day of 07-31-09.
The agreement was that I find my own rims made by me and Jared who
was working at the location of the 25th day of July in the year of
2009 and they strickly just put studs in the axle where the tires
where the problem and I would endeavor to locate my own rims If
possible.This was discussed with Jared 07-25-09. I was again in no
position at the time to purchase and wheels for the price quoted to me
at the time of $400.00. Note I am selling the truck and did make that
known. At that time I did purchase some bolts size 16x6 8-6.5 Ford
Deep coined Ford Wheel written down on a Les Schwab business card
from Jared, to try to fix or screw them on the messed up
axel for fear of the tires coming undone/off. I was told or informed
that I could not use there jack to do this work or any tire wrenches
of any kind and I could not do this work in there lot. So I then
moved the truck away from there location. I it was very hot this day
so I went to go and get a cold drink/coffee Vanilla Bean.
I then went back before closing of that day July-25-09 and talked
with Jared and specified to replace the bolts in the axel and I would
try to locate rims on my own remember I didn't need new rims for a
1978 Ford 1 ton Dump Truck in which I am selling. Second Ad Run

I communicated with Jared later due to the record setting hot weather
her in oregon and parts needed to be ordered because of the year of
the truck I have to guess that it was Tues-29th of July. He called
and said that the truck was ready. I said cool but I have not located
any wheels, I was a the dentist Mon the 27th of July .Come the 31st
of July I went to go and get the truck and to find out that there
were new rims on the truck and Jared happened to be off that day.The
31st of July. Now I would meet Levi. Thsi is where the story begins
to take flight and I could now be considered a Criminal for taking my
own truck for stolen property and not paying the bill which to date I
have and returned there rims in which I did not agree to them
installing on my vehicle. Back to Jared he Mentioned that he could
put spacers on the old wheels and they would be ok but I could never
swithch them with any other rims I agreed to that the cost would only
be $200.00. I agreed to that. The way I got my vehicle is that there
carelessnes of leaving my keys on the counter and paper work I took
the vehicle and went to another tire corp. Tire factory and they
singled out the rims, cost $17.00. I only took that action due to the
fact that I was informed that my truck would be dropped in the
parking lot on blocks or jack stands I didn't have the money of
$323.42 at the time of pickup. Not what was quoted. I then got a call
from the Beaverton Police department from a officer Luke or luch cell
phone couldn't make it out. 503-526-2261.
As I was on the way to the Tire Factory I did contact my attorney Don

Les Schwab Tires was closed by the time I did return due to the fact
that I was not going to pull-up in my truck and not knowing of the
unknowing I walked with the rims carring them with my weight lifting
belt and gl;oves not to get metal in my hand as I did any way hut it
came out/finger in that hot sun Les closes at 6:00 P.M. Go to figure
and we are in a recession and they are closed.
The bottom line is that I returned the rims and paid the bill for the
bolts/studs installed but there is still the fear of the beaverton
police who may try to make a case out of this. I called them to
witness that I had returned the rims and pay the bill but they said
it was handled yea right. Levi's attitude stunk he still treated me
as if I just Got off the boat or something, I guess I see his point
how could this had happened on his shift, I would say irresposible or
maybe it was meant to be I don't know any other actions I could have
taken I was continually being mocked and taunted with in front of
customers and I can't beleive no one said anything the way I was
being treated. I do have the papaerwork to back it all up so if it
comes up missing well You'll know why.I am not done with this If I
had left my truck in the lot I would not have had it anymore it's not
the prettest but it works for me and the one thing I really I ticked
about is that the time I lost and the people involved the time, they
to lost and in the end. In Beaverton my truck would have been
towed in a minute in Fred Myers Parking Lot, Then I really would've
been Screwed... You Must Always Consider The Cost Now Days.........
