Since leaving the Surrogate's Court, I have devoted virtually my entire practice to will preparation, estate administration and estate litigation, and have had experience in conducting litigation in order to ensure that beneficiaries of estates receive what is rightfully due to them.
As former Attorney for Borough of Roselle Zoning Board of Adjustment, I have had experience in various types of land use planning matters, such as applications for variances.
