If there is a form that you are in need of, and it is not listed here, please contact us. We will do everything possible to create it for you. All of our forms are created based on individual state laws. Please be sure to indicate, in your email to us, which state you reside in.

If you are interested in any of our services please send us an email stating how we may help you.

Below you will find information on our Pro Se Bankruptcy Petition Process and Fees. If you are interested in receiving a Client Intake Form..please send us an email with the words "Intake Sheet" in the subject line.

What happens after we receive your client intake forms?

The information you provide from the Client Intake Forms is input into a specialized computer software program approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. This software program also selects the location of your local bankruptcy court as well as your state exemptions for all the assets that you own.

Next, the bankruptcy legal assistant preparing your petition will make a separate list of additional questions we need answered in order to complete your petition. Once the questions have been prepared, we will contact you either by email or telephone to obtain the answers and/or to answer any general questions you may have at this time. After all questions and issues have been addressed, your bankruptcy petition will be finalized.

During the finalization process, we visit the website of your particular local bankruptcy court to obtain any required local forms they may specifically require. Although the bankruptcy petition itself is the same for all U.S. states, some local courts will require additional forms over and above the standard bankruptcy petition. We take the extra steps to obtain these forms and include them in your bankruptcy petition so you will not have to spend additional time at the courthouse.

Your completed bankruptcy petition is then mailed to you by 2-Day Priority Mail along with a cover letterproviding you with step-by-step filing procedures provided by your particular bankruptcy court.
After you receive your bankruptcy petition and letter of filing procedures, you will review the entire petition and alert us if there are any changes or additions you need to make. We will provide you with free replacement pages if any changes are necessary before filing.

When you are satisfied that all the information is correct, you sign your bankruptcy petition, make the required number of copies your local court requires, pay your filing fee (Chapter 7 is $209) to the clerk at the bankruptcy court, hand him/her your original and required number of copies for filing. (You may also file your bankruptcy petition by mail but you will need to include a self-addressed, stamped 9x12 envelope for return of the file-stamped copies by the clerk.)

Shortly after filing your bankruptcy petition, your local court will notify you of the date and time of your 341 Meeting of Creditors and normally will also include a list of items you need to bring with you to court. Normally these items include a picture ID, copies of your recent bank statements, check stubs, mortgage, deed and titles to your motor vehicles, etc..

Finally, Legal Forms Processing will stay with you throughout your entire bankruptcy. This does not mean that we provide legal advice or represent you as an attorney in any capacity. This means that after you go to court, if you require changes or updates to your petition, or any other documents requested by the court, we will prepare them for you free of charge as long as preparing them does not violate any unauthorized practice of law regulations for your state.

Our service and prices for completing the Bankruptcy Petitions include the following:

1. Initial preparation of the bankruptcy petition.

2. Preparation of any additional questions necessary to be answered in order to finalize petition and obtain missing information.

3. Preparation of any additional local forms if requested.

4. Preparation of any wage garnishment letters to employers.

5. Certificate of Service for the Statement of Intentions if requested.
