Coach Moser comments: We have adde a drill in practice that I first learned about in a clinic this spring. The girls saw a story about the university of Nebraska volleyball team running this drill in practice and asked if could incorporate it into our practices. I think the drill helped as we saw a big difference in our passing this atch. The intensity was there for the first game but they need to carry that over into the second game. We are at the point in the season when the little things are making a big difference.

Coach Mosers comments: "When we got down 1-7 and 2-11 in the first game I thought 'here we goagain'". The girls have got to start playing games at 0-0 rather than waiting to be down by a ton of points. But then we had a few good plays and the game started to go our way. We outscored them 13-1 in the last few rotations. In the second game Mellissa Bokemper came in and did a nice job
of serving. Not only did she get the ball over the net she served tough and
got some points off ace serves. The rest of the team backed her up well and
played solid defense. It was nice to see another team struggle with the
same things we struggle with and for us to be on the positive side of that
situation. "
"We need to maintain our focus and not get ahead of ourselve
