A good kid and a phenominal player. LaWayne McGhee is an up and coming star. This kid can carry a team. With one younger brother and a second brother on the way. The "5 "11" freshman will get you some points on the board. Born and raised in Chicago, Il LaWayne has a nice life. He has been playing the game since he was 2 years old. He's a respectable young man who loves the game. This kid will only get better with time. " It looks like he's air apparent to the thron of Michael Jordan." But if you ask him if he likes being proclaimed as the future Michael Jordan of the League one day? LaWayne just humbally says " That's an honor but he wants to make his own name. With his own style of play." and that's what's needed to be said. But one weird thing is the "5"11" Shooting Guard, isn't on any AAU basketball teams. He hasn't been picked up by any teams. He's the type of player you would place on your team to lead the players on any team. He's a good shooter and a great ball handler. He would be a good steal for any team.
