Prices
Individual Prices:
Laundry- $10 for 3 loads (wash & dry)*
Kitchens- $10 includes: dishes, sinks, windows, stovetops, countertops & microwave. Does not include floor.
Bathrooms- $10 includes: toilet, sink(s), countertop, mirrors, shower/bath, and floor*. Smaller bathrooms (with no shower) are $5.
Carpet/floor- $10 for a house; $5 for apartments; includes vacuuming carpet (not including bedrooms) and mopping hard floors.*
Living rooms & Family rooms- $10 per room, includes: dusting, windows, vacuuming furniture* (if needed), scrubbing stained walls (if needed)
Dining Rooms: $5 includes: windows, dusting (wooden dining room tables/furniture treated with wood dusting spray).
Bedrooms: $5 per room, includes: pick up floor, vacuum*, windows, and making the bed

Apartment Prices:
One-Bedroom: $25 includes: one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, carpet/floors, and kitchen.**
Two-Bedroom: $30 includes: two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, carpet/floors, and kitchen.**
Three-Bedroom: $40 includes: three bedrooms, one bathroom and one smaller bathroom, living room, carpet/floors, and kitchen.**

*I will provide most of the cleaning supplies, however I do not bring my own vacuum, mop, or laundry supplies (i.e., detergent, fabric softener, etc.).
**Additional rooms and/or services are at the individual prices (above).
***These prices may vary depending on the size of the home and the cleanliness of the home (i.e., if I have to scrape mud off of kitchen counters, I might ask for more $ or if area is already relatively clean, I might ask for less $). These are just estimates, so feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments!
