I Pouducielistes Ticinesi
We are a bunch of aviation enthusiasts who are almost done with the rebuilding of a little aircraft designed by frenchman Henri Mignet back in 1934 and called Pou du Ciel HM 14.
The Roll Out is scheduled for July 15th 2000 at the HELI TV facilities
6527 Lodrino Airport, Ticino, Switzerland.
Since we are having so much fun with our first project we already plan a second one which will be a Tailwind W 10 two seater designed by the most famous american air racer Steve Wittman. We plan to start this project sometimes this fall. Everybody who is interested in this challenging new adventure is kindly invited to join us.

The wings are completed. Today we put the assembled and painted fuselage on wheels. Rudder works great and the beautiful paint job looks fabulous. Our next step will be the engine mount and the propeller.
saturday 24.6.2000
The front wing mount is in place, so is the propeller and the frontshield. We found an almost original throttle double lever.
saturday 1.7.2000
We are almost done, just a few little details and we are ready for the big event. Don't miss it.

We had our Big Day. The Roll Out was a Big Success. Lapulce rolled with Gabriele Scapozza at the stick for about 30 yards powered by the 2 CV engine on the tarmac in front of the Heli TV hangar. There were about 100 enthusiastic people present with La Bisercia playing a few jazz tunes of the thirties and fourties. The picture above shows Lele Scapozza tuning the engine before he took his short trip.
We have planned to start with our new project ( Tailwind W 10 ) after the summer holidays sometimes in September. Come and join us or contact us via the below mentioned e-mail adress.
September 1 2000. Here we go again. We just started our next project Steve Wittman's Tailwind W 10. We plan to build the wing first since it's a wood construction, and we are now quite good in this type of work. Our goal is to finish the ribs till the end of the year and the wing till june next year. So feel free to contact us if you have some questions or if you would like to get involved in this new adventure.
