Hoodwink #102: Most times in MLM the people
trying to prospect us will draw circles on some
fax-on-demand, or at a "live" opportunity meeting.
Then, after you invest about six months and you've
lost a few grand, you'll find out that those circles were
only representing the potential of the plan, which from
where I sit, is deceptive. It's also INSANE.
Simply because eveything we do, be that locating
a mortgage, paying our babysitter, buying bread,
financing a car, or whatever --
We use a calculator and we shoot from the hip
and use a "bottom line" approach.
So, when we're doing MLM, why can't we use that
same "straight line" logic?
In other words, don't show
me the potential --
Just draw a straight line, get to the
point and give me the bottom line.
If you can't give me "bottom line",
then it's all "projections"
and hype which I'm not interested in!
Furthermore, how come when we do
everything else in life, related
to our families best interest, we
use calculated (math)logic, but when
it comes to MLM -- we are like a bunch
of kindergarten rejects counting m&m's
on the classroom floor!
Children act out of emotion.
Adults should use logic.
Even if you`re not interested in
working a business, surely you are
smart enough to accept the offer to
