The Southern Syrup Makers Association hosts a seminar workshop starting at 10am. Members will offer limited syrup making demonstrations. In addition, pure sugar cane syrup, produced at the Pioneer Florida Museum & Village will be available for sample and for purchase. The workshop is open to the public for a $10 registration fee which includes lunch. For more information or to register for the workshop call the museum at 352-567-0262.
