KEYNOTES MINISTRY is a non-denominational,non-political, faith based ministry believing the Lord Jesus Christ is the Author and Finisher of our Faith, and the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God.
KEYNOTES MINISTRY is a Letter Writing Ministry. Letters of simple Praise and Encouragement. Personal and Uplifting.
KEYNOTES MINISTRY is based on the following Scripture:"And these things we write unto you that your joy may be full." 1John 1:4.<><
This is our sole mission. To write. To send. And that the recipient's joy may be full!
KEYNOTES MINISTRY is a Mail Ministry. A Personal Handwritten Letter Writing Mail Ministry. Not “Junk Mail”,Not “Bulk Mail”,Not “Pitch Mail”,Not“Help Us or Else Mail” but HANDWRITTEN SIGNED LETTERS!
A KEYNOTE is a letter, a personal letter, written in longhand, addressed in longhand, stamped with a real stamp. No advertising. No solicitation. No Logo. No mass metered mail appearance. Simple. Private. And Personal.
A KEYNOTE LETTER will NEVER endorse any individual House of Worship,or make a political recommendation of any kind. We will,however,pray for all Houses of Worship where the Lord's Word is taught,and for Leaders Worldwide to follow the Will of God.
A KEYNOTE LETTER will use ONLYThe BIBLE as it's source of inspiration and truth.
A KEYNOTE LETTER comes complete with poor handwriting and human error, but it is honest in intention, and as accurate as possible in using God’s Word as He leads. A KEYNOTE is intended to lift up, encourage, congratulate, laugh with, hurt with, or just say “hello” to its recipient. A KEYNOTE lets someone know others not only care, but care enough to write.
KEYNOTES MINISTRY had its early origins beginning in 1992 while attending The First Baptist Church Woodstock,Georgia,and was inspired by the Preaching of DR. JOHNNY HUNT, Senior Pastor. While a member and participating in the Church’s Intercessory Prayer Ministry (1994-2000), many occasions availed themselves to the Director of this Ministry to write frequent letters of encouragement to people who had submitted Prayer Requests. Letter Writing is one of God's most effective and personal ways to comfort and encourage someone while gently spreading the Gospel. Paul's Epistles certainly are some of God's greatest examples of that.
The Lord used the incredible responses received as a way of encouraging The Ministry to continue. In December 2000 the Ministry moved to Plant City, Florida, and continued to write letters as opportunities became known. In September 2002 the Ministry became officially known as KEYNOTES MINISTRY and KEYNOTE LETTERS have been written ever since with the Lord's help now for over ten years.
Today,we are a Tax Exempt Non Profit Corporation currently located in Pennsauken, New Jersey, 5 miles East of Philadelphia, and are busy responding to KEYNOTE LETTER requests nationwide.
The KEYNOTE premise is simple. The Lord has shown continually that a recipe of time, thought, prayerful discernment,a pen, and a tiny 37 cent stamp is all that is needed to literally lift up and brighten someone's hour. A brightening that possibly may have effect for a day, a week, or an eternity. It is truly an exciting ministry.
We have discovered there is a private, peaceful serenity surrounding the moment one opens and reads a personal letter. We believe God uses that immediate quiet time to distract from the day's pressures to speak directly to the heart of the recipient. The responses we receive confirm that belief.
Here are some examples of recent KEYNOTE LETTER recipients:
• A drycleaner who took the time to repair a shirt button
• An 80 year old "scrap iron" dealer who serves as door opener at his church entrance each Sunday without fail. "No one can come to God", he says, "unless someone opens the door"
• A toll collector that smiled while giving change
• A young wife working two jobs
• An Hispanic Auto Repair Shop worker subtlely displaying a Christian symbol on his door, working diligently in an un-air conditioned garage in Tampa, Florida
• A Pastor preaching with abandon to a congregation of 12
• A Mother and Father of an American POW soldier held in Iraq, mailed 48 hours BEFORE he was found alive,rescued, and returned home to Pennsauken, NJ
• The very soldier upon his return. Praise God !
Today, By the Grace of the Lord, there are, Nationwide, hundreds involved in KEYNOTES MINISTRY lifting up and interceding for anyone, at anytime for any reason. We contact each other frequently through emails. We notify each other of a prayer need and we intercede with obedience and a deep conviction.
KEYNOTE LETTERSare written, personally by hand,to encourage the person that has been prayed for. Our belief and witness is that encouragement and exhortation, God's spiritual gifts, are medicinal, soothing, and pleasant in Power.

Dear Friends of Keynotes Ministry,
The Lord has richly blessed this Ministry and has brought His Wonderful Spirit, in great measure to us, last year. In many ways!
Keynotes Ministry,Inc. has now become a Licensed Ministry, incorporated in the State of New Jersey and registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a Not For Profit 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Religious Service Organization. To God Be The Glory! This will help us tremendously in our efforts to raise funds to sustain operations in 2005.
We want to thank those of you that have not only supported this Ministry with your prayers and service, but have also contributed financially to the success and continuance of the ministry's outreach programs. We are asking for your continued help by prayerfully considering a Tax Deductible Seed Offering of Support and becoming an original Keynote Ministry Planter.
One Hundred Percent (100%) of all Monthly Pledges and Offerings will be used to help us meet our monthly 2005 Operating Budget. Our goals for 2005 are to have in place a complete 50 State Intercessory Prayer Network of 5,000 Prayer Partners and to insure the Keynote Letter Writing Ministry will reach it's 1,000th recipient. Plans are on the drawing board to publish a collection of our letters to be available for the encouragement of all. We ask you to keep this mission in your prayers and if by chance you might already have been touched by this Ministry you may consider including us in your 2005 tithes and offerings.
We are truly excited about the plans The Lord may have in store for the Ministry in 2005, and for those who build and serve with us. We hope and pray, Lord willing, to reach many, many people with His message of Grace and Love in the years to come.
